GUESTS ARE MOST WELCOME
Concord West Club prides itself on its warm and inviting atmosphere. From the greeting at the door to having an experienced member of the Club allocated to look after you during your visit and on into your first few weeks. We have a strong tradition of Mentoring to ensure New Members are guided through the processes and procedures of the Club and the Meeting format. Our venue, the meeting room upstairs at Concord Memorial Hall, is ideal for conducting our meetings and we will be sure to make our visitors a very warm welcome. You are welcome to bring your own food and drink to meetings. Please bring a clipboard, pen and paper to the meeting. Please notify us in advance if you wish to join our face-to-face meetings, as our venue is capped for safety reasons. Visitors and Members are encouraged to arrive around 7:15pm for 7.30pm start. There is ample free street parking. From time to time we vary the formal part of the program in order to provide some social interaction both within our structured meetings as well as utilising the occasional fifth Tuesday of the month for a social evening or concentrated Speeches Only evening. |
